Is health care rationing in our future under Obamacare?

This man, Ezekial Emmanuel is Rahm Emmanuel’s (Obama’s White House Chief of Staff) brother and  a medical doctor. Certainly he has alot of influence over Obama and is helping to shape the President’s position on Health Care Reform.
